Enhanced Instagram DMs
Enhanced Instagram DMs is for creators whose followers see the link in the bio and never click it. When a fan sends one of your keywords, a message card with your link goes out from your own Instagram. Three options come on top: story replies, comments and default messages.

What we do
- Set up message cards that carry your link and go out from your own Instagram.
- Start with keyword triggers: a card goes out when a fan sends one of your chosen words.
- Option: story replies. A card goes out when a fan replies to your story.
- Option: the comment trigger. A card goes out when someone comments on your posts or reels.
- Option: the default message trigger. A card goes out on every new DM and on the default reply.
- Record every conversation that comes in through a trigger, per fan.
- Agree the wording and the timing with you. Your Creator Manager is your contact for both.
How it starts
At the start, you connect your Instagram account and confirm the exact link to promote. Nothing goes out before you have confirmed it.
You get a short briefing on the triggers. Every account starts with one trigger, keywords. You widen the setup later, once you are comfortable with it.
