This page explains what happens to personal data when you use talerhouse.com, send an application or an inquiry, or write to us. It is written in plain English on purpose.

Who is responsible

IUX International Limited is the controller of your personal data. Talerhouse is a trading name of IUX International Limited, HE432183, VAT CY10432183O, Cyprus.

IUX International Limited, registration number HE432183, VAT number CY10432183O, Cavo Greko Avenue 297, 5296 Paralimni, Cyprus. Contact: office@talerhouse.com.

What we collect and why

  • Creator application. The answers you type into the application form and, if you add one, an earnings screenshot. We use them to read your application, check whether you meet the eligibility floor, decide whether to take you on, and answer you. An uploaded screenshot is used only to verify eligibility. It is never published.
  • Brand inquiry. Your name, company, email and message. We use them to answer you and to prepare a proposal.
  • Email. If you write to office@talerhouse.com, we keep your message and our reply so we can answer you and keep a record of the exchange.
  • Visits. We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless and sets no identifier, so it cannot follow you from page to page or from site to site. That is why this site has no cookie banner. It is a decision, not an oversight.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising. A person reads every application. We do not decide about you by computer alone.

Who handles your data

These providers process data for us, under written terms, and only on our instructions.

  • Tally (Tally BV, Belgium) hosts the application and inquiry forms and stores what you submit through them. Tally acts as our processor. How Tally handles data is described in the Tally privacy policy.
  • Google Workspace (Google) hosts our email.
  • Cloudflare hosts this website on Cloudflare Pages and provides Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Legal bases

  • Taking steps at your request before an agreement, when you send an application or an inquiry (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Our legitimate interest in answering your email, keeping the site secure and counting visits in a way that does not identify you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Legal duties, such as accounting and tax records, if an agreement follows (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Application data is deleted 12 months after a decision unless an agreement follows.

If an agreement follows, we keep the data we need for it while it runs, and the records the law requires us to keep afterwards. Brand inquiries and emails are kept only as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange.

Recipients and transfers

Your data goes to the providers named above and to nobody else, unless a court or an authority requires us to hand it over. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU. Where they do, the transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018 you have the right to:

  • access the data we hold about you;
  • have wrong data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • have processing restricted;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • object to processing that rests on our legitimate interest.

To use any of these rights, write to office@talerhouse.com. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
